Real figures straight from the client account. No brand names, because client numbers stay confidential with us - and so will yours.

Starting point

Before the start: no working email setup, no segmentation, no repeat-buyer flows. Around €50k to €60k in monthly revenue, entirely event-driven. BFCM was luck, not strategy.

For a seasonal brand that's doubly expensive: people who buy in the strong season hear nothing from the brand afterwards, and the next season starts from scratch.

What we built

  • CRM structure and segmentation from the ground up. The foundation that tells every email who it's for.
  • Welcome series, abandonment and post-purchase flows. The automations that turn prospects into buyers and buyers into repeat buyers.
  • Campaign calendar with BFCM strategy and lead time. So the peak is planned instead of left to luck.

Result

In ten months of building the system, monthly revenue grew sixfold, from €52k before the start to €326k in November.

Within the first 90 days, monthly revenue doubled to around €96k - and the October before that was already up 278% vs. the prior year.

What other brands can take from this

  1. Without the basic setup, every campaign fizzles out. Welcome, abandonment and post-purchase come before the next newsletter.
  2. Seasonal brands need a calendar with lead time. Otherwise the most important month stays down to luck.
  3. The first 90 days show whether the system takes hold. Here, that was the point at which monthly revenue doubled.
