Starting point

We've been working together since July 2025. Before that, Klaviyo ran at a bare minimum, without segmentation and without a BFCM foundation. Cash flow depended on unpredictable spikes.

That left four months until the most important time of the year to build a system that would hold up in November.

What we built

  • Welcome Series 2.0 and abandoned checkout flow. The two sequences that turn existing interest into revenue fastest.
  • Subscription integration with its own communication sequence. Subscribers get different emails than one-time buyers.
  • Campaign calendar with a BFCM build-up. November was planned before it arrived.

Result

In November, €130k of the €336k total revenue came through Klaviyo, 39% of the month.

By the second month, Klaviyo revenue was already at +368% vs. the prior year - the moment a system takes hold for the first time.

What other brands can take from this

  1. Four months are enough for a strong season if you first build the flows that turn existing interest into revenue.
  2. Subscribers aren't one-time buyers. They need their own sequence, otherwise they get offers for products they already subscribe to.
  3. Predictable cash flow isn't created in November but in the months before it.
