the marketing collective

Klaviyo agency for eCom brands.

So that Klaviyo brings in revenue, not just emails.

Klaviyo partner · Retention marketing for eCom brands in the DACH region

We build and run your Klaviyo: flows, campaigns, segments, signup forms and deliverability, all aimed at repeat purchases. It starts with the audit. It puts a number on how much revenue your account is leaving on the table, before you pay anything.

Updated:

Who this is for

eCom brands people want to order from more than once. Verticals like supplements, food & drinks, beauty, pet, fashion and home work best, from roughly €750k a year in revenue.

  • You already use Klaviyo, but it's underperforming: a few flows, newsletters to everyone, no segments.
  • You want to switch to Klaviyo from Mailchimp, Brevo or Shopify Email without losing contacts or revenue.
  • Your store runs on Shopify, and you want purchase data, product catalog and Klaviyo to work together instead of side by side.
  • You sell in the DACH region and need copy for German-speaking customers, not translated from English.

What we build in Klaviyo

Not a template setup, but a system in which flows, campaigns and segments work together. Every part has one goal: repeat purchases, order value or reactivation.

Klaviyo flows

The automations along the customer lifecycle that bring in revenue without anyone having to trigger each email.

  • Welcome series for new contacts
  • Abandoned cart, abandoned checkout and browse abandonment
  • Post-purchase through to the second order
  • Winback and back in stock
  • Existing flows get reviewed and sharpened, not blindly rebuilt

Campaign calendar

Planned around seasonality, sale events and buying behavior instead of newsletters on demand.

  • Every campaign with a target segment and a reason to buy today
  • Q4, BFCM and launches with lead time and re-send logic
  • Copy and design in your brand voice, built in Klaviyo and checked on mobile

Segmentation

Dynamic segments by purchase history, customer value and engagement.

  • Master segments that get every campaign to the group it's meant for
  • Engaged segments that protect deliverability instead of sending to everyone
  • Personalization through buying behavior and zero-party data, not just the first name

Signup forms

Forms that convert instead of just collecting addresses.

  • Offer and timing that fit the brand
  • Double opt-in and clean consent as standard
  • List building with lead time before big sales and peaks

Deliverability

So your emails land in the inbox, not in spam.

  • Your own sending domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC
  • Warm-up where needed, monitoring of bounces and spam complaints
  • Sunset rules for inactive profiles so the list stays healthy

Reporting that matters

We measure repeat purchases and revenue per recipient, not open rate. Open rate counts automatic loads by Apple Mail, so it doesn't work as a target.

  • Returning customer revenue and repeat purchase rate
  • Time to second purchase
  • Revenue per recipient
  • CLV over a set time window and CLV/CAC as the basis for budget decisions

The Klaviyo audit: the number first, then the decision

The audit analyzes your Klaviyo account, cohorts and customer base and puts a number on how much revenue is currently untapped. Then you decide whether closing the gap is worth it.

What the audit checks

  • Cohort, CLV and repurchase analysis straight from your account
  • Review of all flows, campaigns and signup forms
  • Deliverability and list hygiene check
  • Quantified potential per lever as the basis for your decision

Effort on your side: read-only access, nothing else.

From audit to growth in 90 days

  1. You see your gapThe audit puts a number on how much revenue your flows, campaigns and list are leaving on the table.
  2. You get the planA prioritized 90-day roadmap: low-hanging fruit first, then flows, segmentation and campaign calendar, tailored to seasonality and buying behavior.
  3. You just approveA dedicated team of retention strategist, brand manager, CRM manager and designer takes over operations, with a strategy call every two weeks and proactive updates.

Switching to Klaviyo from Mailchimp, Brevo or Shopify Email

Switching pays off when your tool hits its limits on segmentation, flows or Shopify data. Whether that's the case for you, we clarify first. We also work with what you already use.

  • Contacts with their consent status. Profiles move over with their consent, and unsubscribes and bounces come along as a suppression list. That way nobody gets an email they don't want.
  • Shopify integration first. Purchase history and product catalog are in Klaviyo before the first flow goes live.
  • Flows rebuilt, not copied. We use the move to sharpen the automations instead of carrying over old logic.
  • Sending domain and warm-up. The DNS records are in place before the first send, and volume ramps up step by step, engaged contacts first.
  • Forms switched over. Old signup forms go off as soon as the new ones are live, so no signup gets stuck in the old tool.

The timeline depends on list size and season. Nobody wants to move right before BFCM, so we plan around it.

Klaviyo and GDPR

Klaviyo can be run in line with the GDPR if the setup is right. Klaviyo acts as a data processor with its own Data Processing Addendum and participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You as the brand remain responsible for consent and processes.

  • Double opt-in for every newsletter signup, so you can prove consent if it's ever disputed.
  • Consent in the form, worded clearly and recorded on the profile in Klaviyo.
  • Data processing with Klaviyo covered by agreement and named in your privacy policy.
  • Existing customers under Section 7(3) of the German UWG only with a notice of the right to object at collection and in every email.

In the audit, we also check forms, the opt-in flow and the unsubscribe process. That doesn't replace a legal assessment of your specific case.

Common questions about working with a Klaviyo agency

How much does a Klaviyo agency cost?

With us, a fixed monthly price, no surprises. The amount depends on your setup and scope.

In the free audit, we first quantify the potential, so you can assess the ROI before you decide. On average, our clients achieve a 14.9x return on their investment in us.

No "starting at" prices, no fine print, one clear number in the first call.

Do we need Klaviyo know-how in our team?

No. Strategy, copy, design, build, QA and sending are handled by us. You approve, with input and feedback only where it's needed. Plan for 2 to 4 hours a week.

If you want to run Klaviyo yourselves later, we help with hiring and the handover.

Do you work with our existing Klaviyo setup?

Yes. We review and sharpen your existing flows, segments and forms instead of rebuilding everything. The audit shows what stays, what gets better and what's missing.

When will we see first results?

The first levers typically take effect within the first four weeks, and the system is in place after 90 days.

For a food subscription brand, Klaviyo revenue was already up 368% vs. the prior year by the second month.

Is Klaviyo GDPR compliant?

Klaviyo can be used in line with the GDPR: Klaviyo acts as a data processor with a Data Processing Addendum and participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Whether your setup is compliant comes down to double opt-in, documented consent and your privacy policy.

More on this in the section Klaviyo and GDPR.

Can you help us switch to Klaviyo?

Yes. We move contacts along with their consent status and suppression list, connect Shopify, rebuild the flows in Klaviyo and ramp up sending step by step through your own sending domain. Whether switching pays off, we clarify first.

How it works is in the section Switching to Klaviyo.

Are you a Klaviyo partner?

Yes, the marketing collective is a Klaviyo partner. What counts for you in the end, though, is the result in your account: in 2025, our brands regularly ranked among the top Klaviyo brands worldwide.

How much revenue is sitting in your backend?

The audit puts a number on your gap before you've paid anything. Then you decide whether closing it is worth it.
